الاستبدال متاح خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ استلام الطلب
Exchange is available within 14 days from the delivery date.
يشترط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، وبالتيكت والتغليف الأصلي
The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags and original packaging.
لا يوجد استرجاع نقدي، الاستبدال فقط بمقاس أو لون آخر حسب المتاح
No cash refunds, exchange only for size or color (subject to availability).
في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع، يتم الاستبدال بدون أي مصاريف إضافية
In case of a manufacturing defect, exchange will be done with no extra charges.
مصاريف الشحن يتحملها العميل، إلا في حالة الخطأ من جانب Zaii
Shipping fees are covered by the customer unless the issue is from Zaii.
